- Gear cases are made of HT200 especially for oilfield service with generous gussets .
- All bearing bores are accurately line bored all at the same time. Spherical self-aligning roller bearings are used throughout. (no sleeve bearings)
- Shafts are forged alloy steel (42CrMo) and heat treated to HB280-310
- Output gears are ZG40cr and heat treated to HB240-270 and use double circle teeth to reduce wear and noise instead of old style involuted teeth
